This saw also has a tension lever that doubles as a toilet paper roll holder....
As always Hesh, we need some pictures. Very inovative. ![]() |

Congrats on the new b-saw Hesh! I've been looking into 14" bandsaws lately.I'm real tired of my minature Delta. I'm leaning towards a Rigid. ![]() |

I recently picked up a broken 14" Harbor Freight special from 1987 for $50. After repairs and a riser kit I'm in for about $150. During the search for parts I found that many parts are interchangeable with other Taiwanese saws. I think if I was buying a new saw it would be the Grizzly Go555 or their new 14" rip saw that handles wide stock with no riser. They have a little more power and come with roller bearing guides which are expensive to add later. If you want a cheaper saw just get the HF and adjust it properly. I had to shim the arm to body connection to get the wheels in the same plane. Kurt |

Hesh you have actually influenced me in reverse, I want to install a toilet in my shop, I do a lot of "while you wait" repairs, do you think it would freak out the customers ![]() Evan |

Hesh, i know it's an easy one but when i'm thinking about your workspace and the toilet paper hangin' from the tensioning lever, what comes to mind is "pooh yew" ![]() ![]() Serge |
